You could spend some time watching some Katharine Hepburn/Cary Grant movies and maybe shout yourself to a course of glucosamine for those aching joints.
Happy Birthday Ray ! I think you should get on that nice motorcycle of yours and spend the day riding in the country side and just enjoy the outdoors ! It always makes you feel alive and young inside. Remember, you're only as old as you feel ! Now get out there and enjoy yourself!
Happy birthday, mister. Glad you are still here, although I'm a new member. :) I would suggest grabbing a bargain ticket to some place new. Some place especially good for bird watching. Or just grab a telescope and stargaze for a while, in addendum to other things throughout the day.
And most of all, have a good time!
You've received good ideas already, but I'd say just think it through, do anything you desire to do , explore & see what cheers you up & makes you calm at the same time, then do that, but it maybe not be bad to make sure music & watch some fave movies be on the line or something you missed doing back in years.
