Why does the U.S. give millions of dollars of aid money to Pakistan and India ? Especially when India has it's own Space travel agency? Pakistan has one the most corrupt Governments in the world.

Millions don't mean much when you make trillions. And you make trillions because you spend those millions. India has quite a hefty population, we do good business with them, and it's good to have them as a friend despite how much annoying spammers they produce. Pakistan... Well we need friends in the middle east to support our military industrial complex. How else does an industry make record profits DURING a recession? Do I agree with it? Not really. But that' s just how the current world works.
