It's hard to tell. Both group's claims make sense. The win is too close - 52% to 48% and once such referendum failed back in 1975 where 67 % voted to keep EU membership.
But in my point of view UK barely can survive by itself. The best sake for them is to stay with EU. It sound more comfortable. The arguments of those who vote to "Not" leave the EU make sense to me more. They say:
"Risk the UK's prosperity, diminish its influence over world affairs, jeopardise national security by reducing access to common European criminal databases and result in trade barriers between the UK and the EU. In particular, they argued that it would lead to job losses, delays in investment into the UK and risks to business"
Plus there's many complications already! The process suppose to take two years, their Pound fallen down already, Scotland considering their own referendum to depart from U.K and stay part of EU. The complication occur on soccer and work permit applications. And the chaos taking place in U.S where the southern state "Texas" always had motive to depart from U.S, now with U.K claims, Texas smelling the right time to take their chances while there's chaos.
