I like mutts. Especially the one I have now. I should've named her Shadow because she is always right there with me.

Mutts (a dog with parents of different breeds)---they're dogs, and I LOVE dogs.
I do especially like Golden Retrievers and German Shepherds (American version) and Norwegian Elk hounds for purebreds, but both have become more susceptible to certain breed related health complications over my lifetime, so I've primarily adopted the "Heinz 57" ubiquitous breed.
Our last four dogs have been rescue dogs (including one purebred German shepherd) and they have all been great pets.
So, I'm open to trying a slice of that cake. I probably won't share it with the dogs, though.
