Elizabeth Cady Stanton was born on the 12th of November in the year 1815; she was one of the most important people in the fight for women's right. Elizabeth Cady Stanton was also one of the most outspoken supporters of the 19th century temperance movement which took place in the United States of America. The wants laid down by Elizabeth Stanton were about including women's parental rights, custody rights, income rights, divorce laws, property laws and economic rights. She was also against forced abortion.
