Being a good citizen is the duty of every person towards their country and the constitution which grants them their rights. Every person is a citizen of the country they are born in, it is an involuntary title given to everyone. However, being a good citizen is a completely voluntary effort and everyone should try to be one.

Firstly, before promoting good citizenship, one should strive to be the ideal citizen first. This involves not breaking the law, not indulging in reckless behaviour, showing patriotism for the country etc. One should become a model citizen in order to inspire others.

One can start by promoting good citizenship to one's friends and family, who in turn impart it to others. If you really want to go big with this, you can even advertise but it will cost a lot of money.
