They were both similar because the U.S wanted to remain neutral during both of the world wars but in the end they did not.:)))

There ere huge technolgy advancements from ww1 to ww2. In world war one they used ross rifles, mcadam shovels, vickers machine guns, and german howitzer,s. But, in world war 2 the aircraft was presented, also radar. Most importantly the atomic bomb in 1945 made by the unitd states.

World Wars I and II both caused terrible destruction and loss of life, primarily in Europe. The effects of both wars were economically beneficially to the united states and terrible for Germany. Both lead to anti-war sentiments and peace efforts, like the league of nations and the united nations.
