Democracy is well defined as the government by people, for the people and of the people. This concept was first motivated by Abraham Lincoln in 1860's. Albeit, concept was there, but it got its real shape in 1860. He was off the view that people should be free of other people as their freedom is their birth right. No body is allowed to get to their freedom.
Democracy can be more valued if we go for its plus points. No doubt, it is a positive thing with countless plus points.

It is a direct help for all kinds of communities and groups. It is a thing which is needed for us. We cannot pass life without democracy as time has been changed. Nowadays we don't go for the older methods of ruling governments. People are important round the globe. They are allowed to say their say without hesitation and fear. Dictatorship is going to be ended. It is government of some of the countries who are still dictatorship followers but we cannot deny that democracy is the best.

Any person who does not believe in democracy does not believe in himself, because as an idea as well as a system of govt, it is the expression of the wish, belief and aspiration of the common manb- extraordinary possibilities in ordinary people.

I think that democracy  is very important for all of us..
We have the choice to decide who is the next president/kanzler/primemenister..etc..
We can choose who should lead us WHO should represent us..
So if you don't vote you loose a part of your  freedom, because if you don't vote the possibility is higher
that any crap (like Bush) stay in his position re-elect .
SO VOTE
