It isn't celebrated by Latin Americans, although there are similar things such as harvest festivals. Of course, a lot of North Americans do live in the Latin countries and have brought their traditions with them, plus a lot of the Thanksgiving food is popular in many Latin countries too, so it wouldn't be hard to find something like Thanksgiving.
