Due to all the cutbacks in social services this is a real problem/ Theres's just yo many people in need and not enough services and funding. However this was a problem even before the cutbacks. There are just to many people that fall through the cracks for one reason or another. Most are unfair bit it is how how system in this country operates. As a Healthcare provider I have seen things that would make the average person violently ill. This problem will not end until we slow down on the population growth and the lack of concern of politicians who continue to line Thier pockets with Corps money. Education would also be a help.
