In the Iraq war 2003, the five major countries, who participated were United States, Poland, Australia, Denmark and Britain. The war was spearheaded by US while it was backed by British forces, the smaller contingents of Australia and by other above mentioned countries. The war continued from March 20 to May 1, 2003 and during this phase, four countries participated actively by sending their troops. These states include United States with 250000 individuals, United Kingdom with 45000, Australia with 2000, and Poland with 194 troop size.
