How do you sue poor people?

You just do like anyone else but may have to slap a lien against the estate of the poor person to collect someday

Thats the reason for the lien and as to your first answer, the courts dont dinstinguish between rich and poor and the courts have to treat everyone equally and whatever happens happens . Again its all reality

Over here it's done through the Home Office where a judgment is issued against the poor person and then bailiffs will impound property or goods, as nobody is truly poor.  If the poor person is on welfare, then it's deducted from that.

Same way you sue rich people.  Getting a judgement is usually easier because they can't afford the best lawyers.  Collecting is much more difficult.
