No Obama thinks it's all part of his "hope and change" policy to transform America.But in fact the infrastructure of his Welfare program is weak, expensive and designed to fail because of the format and how it was implemented.

It is clear that you have already made up your mind about the questions you pose before you write them. So I'm not sure what the point is of asking them. If we want to learn something we really have to give up our most cherished ideas about how the world works, (since we're usually wrong anyway, as what humans think is more likely to be wrong than accurate), and be willing to consider whatever is being offered as having something of value. However, from how you pose your questions, you may not be doing anything but trying to be provocative, and in a not so sophisticated manner, I might add. Our only hope to solve the problems our country faces is that most of us, including our leadership, has to try to be open-minded to what others are trying to say. It is not enough to be right. It is however necessary to be open.
