I grew up in Edgware and every halloween we would go to nan clarkes lane as it is thought to be haunted. There were tales of cars stopping half way down the lane and all the lights going out for no reason. I don't know if it is haunted but something must ave started the tale. I lived there untill I was 18 so about 27years ago but my brothers had aloso heard of nan clakes ghost many years before me.

Well I don't suppose that Nan Clark's Lane located in Mill Hill is haunted, these are assumed to be rumours as nothing concrete has been till date been found. Mill Hill basically is a small place located in the London Borough of Barnet; it is a small commune positioned nine miles North West of Charing Cross.
There are four different regions in Mill Hill, which are Mill Hill Village, Mill Hill Broadway, Mill Hill East and Partingdale. An extended section of Mill Hill, The Hale, is found on the boundaries of Mill Hill and Edgware.
Mill Hill Village is the historic hub of the district, a ribbon developed across a primeval route known as Ridgeway. Mill Hill Broadway started developing post 1900s onwards.
