What Were The Weather Conditions Like In The Trenches In Ww1?

They were very bad, when it was hot, they would become very dry. When the weather cold and wet, the trenches could be up to the soldiers hips, the water could drown some of the men, as the mud would be so wet, it would be like quicksand. A man drowning in the trenches would be begging for his friends to kill him there and then so he would have to suffer much longer. Of course his friends wouldnt because they would be in trouble for wasting a bullet. Many men died in the trenches,

Terrible really. Even if it was really hot or freezing cold they still had to work. They prayed it would not rain because the trenches would get flooded and they would have to "rebuild"(so they say) the trenches. To sum it all the up, the weather conditions in the trenches were awful!

World war 1 weather was like extreme. It was very cold. It went down to about -56c.

Very bad  the soldiers had to keep doing what they were doing through all weather conditions
