No. If it were a failure we'd be living in small groups like ancient humans.
Talking in terms of morals or ethical values...We are living in a total davastation. Values are declining fast enough. We are moving on a path that can only lead to self-destruction.
Look at what we are doing to the enviornment?
Look how fast resources are running out?
Look how we barbaric and inhuman we are becoming?
Look how materialistic everyone is getting?
