How Can I Make My Class Representative Speech Effective So Dat My Classmates Vote 4 Me......?

This is what you do
1. Tell them your name
2.What your running for (of course)
3.tell how your fit to do the job (nice, friendly,etc)
4.tell them you'll listen to them

Tell them what you'll do and try to add a bit of humor so that they know who you are. But don't try to make it too funny or corny or anything like that. Make it fairly short but not too short. And when you're saying you're speech be loud, and look at your classmates and REALLY look like you want it. And the mist important is to be honest. Good Luck! :D

Be confident in front of the class, make sure you are well prepared to give the speech, face the class while speaking.
