I have read many books about Queen Victoria. I have studied on her for a long time. She died on the 21st of January at Osbourne House. It was in the year of 1901. The exact time was 4:37 a.m. It was in her bedroom. Her son, Edward VII, reigned after her. I hope that clears things up a little bit! :P

Queen Victoria died on a couch bed in her bedroom at the Osborne House on 22nd Jan 1901. The house is located on the Isle of Wight. She died at the age of 82 years old from a cerebral haemorrhage.

The Queen maintained customs throughout her widowhood and spent christmas in Osborne House which was designed by Prince Albert .She had a small wish that her own sons would finally lift her into the coffin and she would be dressed in a white gown and her wedding veil. Her funeral was arranged on 2 February where she was interred right beside Prince Albert in the Frogmore Mausoleum in Windsor Castle. Queen Victoria had an aversion for black funerals; London was instead decked in purple and white. Victoria's long reign for a total of 63 years is known as the longest reign in British history.
