Well, she wrote a first-hand account of what it was like in a concentration camp, and what it was like during the WW2 in general, which made the historians nice and happy ... I'm not sure if she really achieved anything in particular, but she and her family kept their spirits up as long as they could ... If you want to know her story, read The Diary Of Anne Frank, that should have all the answers in it :)
