If i didnt like it i would give it to a charity or childrenz hospital or something cool like that but i usually like my giftz

My Dad always gives cash so I usually use it for something I really want. MY husband and I keep it simple. On my side of the family we pick names among siblings and spouses so we recive one nice gift which I usually keep.

I very seldom return my presents. I would never return anything my kids give me and I usually write a list and get what I wanted. I am not picky so I make use no matter what I get.
If usable, and I like them, I will use or wear them, and if I don't like them, then, they just lay around. Lol I hate kitchen gadgets, so my ex husbands mother got them for me every year.

I grew out of the need for Christmas presents though, now all I want to do is "give."
I have to open the gifts first to find out what's located inside. If the gift was a book of horror or romance, then I have to keep it. If it was something that boys are interested in, I must give them to my friend. At last, if it was something else, then I should send them to the charity shop, or re-gift them to one of my parents, or to my French and English professors.

I get lots of presents during christmas from many people including my mum and other relatives.I keep these gifts and open them the next day,and this brings back the the joy of christmas which makes it very more interesting.
Well I always try to show I appreciate them and use them for a few days if I don't really like them but I always make sure they know I appreciate their gift.
Used them at least one's especially in front of the person who gave it to me, that's the way I do show my appreciation of that one person for taking time and spending money to gave me that one present.

- Thank the person that gave me the gift.
- If the gift is from one of my children I keep it. I may not use it but I keep everything that my children have ever given me. You should see my closet.
- If the gift is something that someone else has given me, I will use it if possible. If I can't use the gift I donate it to the DAV(Disabled American Veterans).
Well most of the gifts I receive I keep and use. I don't think I can recall a time when I have re-gifted or took back a Christmas gift that was given to me. I thank that it's the thought that counts and so I tend to keep the gifts that are given to me rather if I like them or not.
