When Did The Draft Start For Vietnam?

It was in august of 1964. Not sure of the day.

On December 1, 1969, the Selective Service System of the United States held a lottery to determine the order of draft...they changed it to this so it was harder to dodge the draft, it made it more fair

It started before June of 1966 because I was drafted in that month and year and it was going for at least a year before that.
