He treated her no different than he has any other heckler. They all get removed. As for him being ashamed? There are quite a few things he has said that he should be ashamed of, but the man has no shame.
Why has Donald Trump treated the Muslim woman removed from his speech in this way? Isn't he ashamed?
Should the people who boo'ed be ashamed too? Probably. For the particular case of course.
But the bigger picture here is that society's outlook on Muslims isn't so great right now. Doesn't necessarily mean that society is bad. But they have a lot of reasons and a lot of fear to do so. It's up to the Muslim community to change how they're being perceive by the public.
I say the same about the African American community. Are all black males in a hoodies going to mug you? Of course not. But are you going to be on your guard more? I'm sure a larger percent of people would be.
