There is a lawyer tying to prove this very thing. Allegedly, witnesses claim to witness his birth in kenya. He also was enrolled in school in indonesia. You cannot attend school there without citizenship. That picture that you see all the time of his school days.....that's in indonesia. He was also listed as muslim.
If all this is found to be true, he will be impeached. As this is a constitutional foul. I imagine that it will be brushed under the carpet though. Look at all the controversy surrounding him....nothing happened. No one cares. The sheeple look to him as the savior of our once great country.

The "sheeple"! Can I use that? I believe that there is no way he would not remain president. Chris Matthews of MSNBC claims that his objective analysis of Obama is that a thrill runs up his leg. Yeah, real objective. There are certain elements of the U.S. That don't care about following the Constitution. Gee, what ever happened to following the letter of the law?

The constitution gets more trampled every day. Soon, it will not exist. Feel free to use sheeple, one particular blurter claims its his word, but he's not that sharp......

The democatic congress would pass a law to make him a citizen of the u.s.a.   However, he still wouldn't be
a natural born citizen.  I should then think that he would be removed from the office of president and
vice  president joe biden would step up to the office of president.  The change would not be harmful
to the democrats since biden is an acceptable democrat.  They would have to pass new legislation
to establish a panel that would , beyond a doubt,  confirm through investigation, that a candidate was
acceptable as a candidate for president.  Many voters approved of obama,  but that fact should not have
ignored the fact that he was not an american.

Just go to politifact.com, a non partisan political fact checking organization. It's like saying mccain isn't a citizen because he was born in the panama canal zone. Big deal. He's still a patriot. They're both christians and patriots and worthy of respect and i respect both men whether i agree with either of them or not. You conspiracy theorists are just too loony for words...

So, just so I understand where you are coming from, you are in favor of not following the Constitution?

No, you don't even have it close to being right. The conspiracy theories of the right that obama is muslim and a foreign citizen are wrong just as the lefts claims that mccain is not a citizen, sarah mothered her daughters child and other inane stories. You righties and lefties with your conspiracies are insane. As i said before, get the facts at politifact.com...

Our constitution is very clear. You must be a natural citizen.if you are not you are not qualified for the office. That would leave the vice president to assume the office of president.

A natural born citizen does not mean that you have to be born in one of the 50 states. At least one parent has to be an American citizen at the time of birth no matter where that birth happens to take place. Even if the birth happened outside of the USA, that baby would still be considered a natural born citizen. Typical examples would be California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger who is ineligible to run for the position of President of the United States of America but his children would be legally acceptable, or anyone born to American citizens working in a US consulate located in a foreign land, etc. And should you happen to be born in one of the 50 states but neither parent is an American citizen does not automatically entitle you to be a citizen of the USA, sorry to say. And this coming from a Canadian citizen.

Is someone's donkey dead? I'm not sure what you are trying to accomplish with the last word of your answer. (Excuse the levity, but I can't resist literal humor.) I realize, of course, that you are attempting to hurl an insult. Why is it that questions or answers that people don't like always result in insults? Is it possible to answer the question at hand in a thoughtful, polite manner without the negative slant?

Then I feel he should leave office and a new election should follow.  After all Obama was the one elected and since he would be disqualified then to me a new election makes since.
