In a sense it does your country's culture effect all most everything about you. Take an American and an Japanese the Japanese guy probably has better study habit then the American because in his culture you study 6 days a week. but in American you study when you feel like it.So even chalky they'll grow up that way.
Culture affects personality, today American culture is geared to be in the fast track, with no time for family values or taking the time to reach old age without having to think if you will have save enough to survive the last miserable days of your life; Latin culture an perhaps some other cultures stay close together, making it different, but not for to long, maybe two or three generations, by then most of anyone's personalities will be part of the Trend. Beam me up scotty!! Or whoever.
Well, to an extent. It certainly influences you- but there was a caveman who first stepped out of the norm, discovered fire, and proved that we can change.
In addition, each home has different culture too. Like in my house, it is clearly stated by my parents that we don't do what others do especially bad things and bad habits and laziness. (There is a country that is known for their lazy habit). Also, in each companies, they have their own culture that they follow, although business has a law, it is still is very noticeable that strong human culture is visible. That is how the word "political" in business applied.
