Well there are different cultures in America that celebrate their culture. I am born here and I am Italian. We celebrate by having family and food as a priority and gifts mostly for the younger ones. We have lasagna for xmas dinner ,salad antipasto which is on a platter w/lettuce, hot peppers, salami sliced, tomatoes, olives,chi chi beens etc. One big platter..also fresh Italian bread, wine, and mimosa's at noon..(champagne and oj mixed, and even the youngsters get some(more diluted of course).. We also make briziole which is steak pounded down slim and rolled around a stuffing.. It lasts all day...Q
